Privacy Policy

Your using the service (as set out in the "Terms of Use" of www.hr-consultancy.ro), HR INVESTMENT AND CONSULTING SRL can obtain some of your personal information, such as: name and surname, address, telephone number, information relating to your using our products and services. Such information shall be hereinafter referred to as "Information".

1. Information Processing
Information shall be processed by HR INVESTMENT AND CONSULTING SRL in accordance with the provisions of Laws no. 676/2001 and 677/2001. Information can be used for trading purposes, such as:

1.1 order and request processing;
1.2. provision of products and/or services ;
1.3. billing;
1.4. application, inquiry and complaint settlement;
1.5. market and product surveys and marketing research on products and services provided by HR INVESTMENT AND CONSULTING SRL;
1.6. customer notification (either by regular mail, e-mail, fax, short text-messages pager or telephone) on products and services provided by HR INVESTMENT AND CONSULTING SRL or third parties, which may be fit for you (unless you have sent a written notification, requesting not to be contacted for this purpose);
1.7. bonuses, discounts or other advantages.

2. Information Disclosure

2.1 HR Investment and Consulting SRL may disclose the Information to:

• third parties mentioned under art. 1.6, which can use the information for the same purposes as HR INVESTMENT AND CONSULTING SRL;
• credit reference agencies (unless otherwise agreed), which may share customer Information with other organisations and keep debtor records

3.  Information Transfer Outside the Borders of Romania
For the purposes specified under art. 1, HR INVESTMENT AND CONSULTING SRL may transfer Information to third party foreign companies.

4. Your Rights

4.1 As regards the Information processing, you shall have the following rights:

a) to receive, on request and free of charge for one request per a year, the confirmation of your Information being processed by us;

b) to object at any time, on reasonable and lawful grounds relating to your private condition, to the processing of certain personal data. In case of reasonable objection, we shall cease the processing of the respective data;

c) to object at any time, free of charge and without producing any reasons, to the processing of your personal data, for direct mailing purposes, on behalf of HR INVESTMENT AND CONSULTING SRL or a third parties or for purposes related to their disclosure to third parties;

d) to file an action to the court in case of prejudice generated by data processing;

e) to file a complaint to the monitoring authority in case you consider that your personal data were not processed according to the legal provisions in force.

4.2. For the cases provided under art. 4.1 letter a), b) and c) you shall send us a written, dated and signed request. You will mention whether you desire to receive the information at a specific mail address (e-mail included) or by express service.

4.3 HR INVESTMENT AND CONSULTING SRL shall inform you about its settlement or shall communicate the requested information within 15 days counting from receipt of your request.
