Our Technical Assistance Department focuses on advisory services, identification, management, implementation and evaluation of complex projects, financed by the European Commission and other International Donors, mainly in Romania. • Backstopping : our area of expertise includes also ensuring the backstopping, the organization and coordination of different activities of several companies that are carrying out projects funded by the European Commission in Romania.
• Organization of training, seminars, workshops, conferences, events : HR Investment and Consulting is also specialized in conference organization, both at central and regional level. Our regional countrywide network allows us to ensure a high quality standard in the organization of different events and in implementing the activities assigned.
